Making you feel good, making you dynamic, making you smile, making you sweat: this is what our teacher pursues in this YOGA Energy Boost class. For an hour, you're going to explore your body and go deeper into the postures you're used to🔥! You'll quickly flow from one to the next using your respiration. Driven by the teacher's energies, your mind will let itself go while your body works intensely without you noticing. Of course, your class will finish with the moment we all enjoy most: a well-deserved Savasana!

Who is this class for? Beginners are welcome, but to fully enjoy yourself, no questions asked, please know that this session is first and foremost aimed at those of you who have already followed at least a few YOGA classes.

You'll receive the streaming link in the confirmation email or in another email a few minutes before the class starts!

Remember to get yourself settled somewhere quiet and to log in a few minutes in advance so you don't miss the beginning of the class ;-) You can even download right now to get a head start.

This moment of well-being is yours. Smile, enjoy yourself and don't forget to greet and thank your instructor! You can also use the chatroom: a little message can help your teacher feel your presence and enable them to adapt their class to your feedback in the best way possible :)
